Don F. Gates, Licensed Acupuncturist
East Bay TCM
Hello everyone,
If you haven't heard already, in 2022 my wife and I purchased a small fruit farm in Sonoma County. We've been living at the farm full-time since late 2023. And now, after two years commuting and twenty-two years in practice, I've decided take up the pruning shears full-time and leave the needles to the next generation. As of the end of March, 2025, I've retired my acupuncture practice.
Thankfully, my three former officemates are well positioned to take on my patients' care. Each of them has a different style of treatment as well as her own unique personality; I've been treated by all of them and am glad to leave you in such kind and capable hands.

PS: If you're interested in getting onto our farm's mailing list, announcing each of our bi-monthly fruit-box deliveries to Oakland, click here. We bring boxes containing roughly eight pounds of assorted organic/seasonal fruit down to two drop sites all throughout harvest season (June through November). The contents of each box is different, and you'll only purchase the ones you want to receive. You can also follow our exploits on Instagram or Facebook.
